Our Kids & Teens program at CrossFit Credence is designed for teen athletes and children who are currently in/out of season, looking to try something new, or simply want to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. This training program was fully constructed for ages 6-19 and will help them train, succeed and develop a lifelong love for fitness.

Our Beginners class is designed with our newest members in mind, but it’s also great if you need a refresher after a break or just take it back down to the basics. Foundational skills and technique work are emphasized in these classes, then are followed by a workout to train those skills.
Designed for athletes just beginning their fitness journey with CrossFit Credence, those coming in after a break or individuals who want to get back to the basics! We will introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements and Olympic Lifting with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday.
The focus of our Muscle Gain class is to build mental toughness, self discipline and thick, toned muscle. We will show you the key to losing fat, re-claiming energy and building a life-changing program that will keep you fit for years to come.
All of our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in radical weight loss and toning, you’ll love our main CrossFit classes or the CredenceFit Challenge, with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our monthly 6-week challenges are a great way kick-start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
