Our Kids & Teens program at CrossFit Credence is designed for teen athletes and children who are currently in/out of season, looking to try something new, or simply want to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Novice

Our Beginners class is designed with our newest members in mind, but it’s also great if you need a refresher after a break or just take it back down to the basics. Foundational skills and technique work are emphasized in these classes, then are followed by a workout to train those skills.

Designed for athletes just beginning their fitness journey with CrossFit Credence, those coming in after a break or individuals who want to get back to the basics! We will introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements and Olympic Lifting with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday.

Barbell

The focus of our Barbell class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This will be a 1 hour group session. We will focus on technical efficiency and lifting correctly and efficiently before adding weight.

What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

All of our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in radical weight loss and toning, you’ll love our main CrossFit classes or the CredenceFit Challenge, with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our monthly 6-week challenges are a great way kick-start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit, barbell and personal training classes. These activities will challenge you to become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer open gym time to give you the space and equipment to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.
