My first Crossfit workout was a team workout that left me laying on the floor wondering what I had been doing all those hours in gyms previously focusing on bench pressing and dumbbell curls. I had always thought of myself as somewhat “athletic” but Crossfit opened up a whole new world to what it meant to be fit. I not only fell in love with the movements, but as a guy who had always struggled with diet and proper nutrition, the Crossfit community helped me understand what it mean to fuel my body as well.
Everyday is a part of the journey to be the best version of myself I can be, and after a couple years I developed a passion for helping others along in that journey as well. Credence has provided a family for me to pour into as they pour into me so I can be the best father, husband, pastor, and athlete possible.
