CrossFit Credence Kids and Teens fitness program is designed specifically to promote a lifelong love for fitness. Lead by Joshua Rose, a CrossFit Kids Certified Trainer and Head Coach, we will be holding classes 4x a week this summer in the mornings – M/T/TH/F @8AM and 10:30AM – Also there is a T/Thursday option @4:30PM
Fall class times are currently M,T,TH,F @8AM and 730PM or schedule training by appointment with Coach Josh. Due to the school schedule changing, we are remaining very flexible for our athletes and may still add or change depending on the latest updates or your individual needs….so stay tuned or give us a call!
The Credence Youth Athlete Program is currently in session and always taking new members! All safety precautions are being enforced for in order to provide a safe and controlled environment for our young athletes when they come to the gyms this summer and fall; due to class sizes there will be limited spots so don’t wait to sign up!
We also offer Small Group Sports Training for the child athlete or team who is ready to focus in on their sport, get stronger, up endurance and enhance athleticism. Open availability, inquire to learn more.
