CrossFit Credence Kids and Teens fitness program is designed specifically to promote a lifelong love for fitness. Lead by Joshua Rose, a CrossFit Kids Certified Trainer and Head Coach, we hold classes 3x a week – Tuesday/Thursday @4:30PM and Saturday @11:15AM.
SUMMER ATHLETE PROGRAM – Classes are: M/T/Th/F/S @ 8AM plus the normal class times above.
We also offer Small Group Sports Training for the child athlete who is ready to focus in on their sport, get stronger, up endurance and enhance athleticism. Open availability, inquire to learn more.
