1. 4-7 Reps of Strict HSPU *Increase reps or difficulty if able (deficit if needed)

2. 5-10 reps of Strict Pull up

***Stay within the Rep ranges and make as difficult as possible for those reps
This is the last Thursday of “Gymnastics Strength” focus for 3 weeks


“Death by EMOM”:
1. 13 wallballs + 13 power cleans (95/65), both the same
*20 minute CAP
**You should make at least 7 Rounds (Scale accordingly)
