Our Kids & Teens program at CrossFit Credence is designed for teen age and kid athletes who are in the off season and in season, looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Class consists of 2 parts, the first being a strength program and the second a conditioning program.
Our teenage athletes find that after a few months of attending class regularly they have increased strength,
