The CrossFit Credence Beginners Class is where all new athletes begin their journey at CFC. By the time you graduate you will have had 6+ sessions of practical application and instruction by our best coaches. This is without a doubt the best way to get an athlete “Ramped up” for CrossFit.
We will introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements and Olympic Lifting with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.
